Upper body & Core Workout
The practice of Land Paddling will get you a good upper body workout when you need to engage your whole core to move forward as you push yourself away from the land paddle.
It's great to increase your shoulders strength by reinforcing your joints, it also helps you to get more mobility around your hips as you want to switch your paddling style.
Then, you have different ways of working your lower core, either you can push with your leg (which is the classic way, obviously...), either you ride a carver.
A carver is a type of Surf Skateboard with an engineering system in the trucks that allows you to move forward by going left en right (spring effect).
Overall, it's a great way to stay fit while having fun!
